Who we are. TimesRun (timesrun.club) is run by Oriol Forcada. Contact: hello@timesrun.club.

What we collect. When you join the waitlist: your email address, your approximate country and city (inferred from your connection; we do not store your IP address), the link or channel you came from, the language of the page you saw, and the date you signed up. We also use cookie-free analytics to count visits.

Why. To email you when TimesRun launches and to understand where interest in the app is coming from. We will not use your email for anything else.

Legal basis. Your consent, given when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes your data. Supabase (database, EU region) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Some processing may involve transfers outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it. For 24 months after you join the waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights. You can access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@timesrun.club. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
